This is a great article. I can never find any place that lets my Yorkie stay with me at a hotel. I want to take him on vacation with me but I have to leave him at a friend's house usually because I can't find a place for the dog to stay on vacation. If I knew which hotels allowed dogs, I could take him anywhere. This is pretty cool.

We moved from England to Spain and trying to find out the rules and regulations were a nightmare, Defra said one set of rules, the vet said another and the Spanish consul had another complete set of rules, at one point we thought we were going to have to leave all 5 Great Danes in England, eventually though, we got through all the red tape and they all flew over with no problems.
I have never traveled abroad with my poodle, but I would love to. I hate leaving her here in a boarding kennel. I guess the first step would be to go ahead and have her micro chipped and see what shots she will need to leave the country. Thanks for the advice, this gives me new hope I can take my gal with me.
