Toddlers are just as likely to suffer from motion sickness as older children, and indeed adults.  It is something that is often overlooked since toddlers are not able to express their feelings very clearly, but next time they seem anxious or fidgety on a long journey, consider it could be them trying to express that they feel unwell.
